American Entomological Society Printing Blocks, Original Sketch, and Certificate Copy

Scope and Contents This collection contains two printing blocks from the American Entomological Society. The large printing block was made from a sketch of the same design. The large printing block is to create certificates for members of the society. A metal printing plate is attached to a wooden block for support. Most of them are transcribed into the Minutes of the Academy but oftentimes changed in wording or intent.
